How about we mix things up and take our one-on-one sessions outdoors? We'll pick a spot we both vibe with, where we can dive into your emotions, thoughts, and feelings in the great outdoors.

Nature therapy keeps things private while tapping into the soothing and grounding vibes of nature, making it easier to tackle those tough emotions and find comfort within yourself. Connecting with nature has tons of perks, and I'm stoked to explore them with you!
